Working over 20 yrs in the cooking field, both in Japan and here in the U.S.. In 2008, I had a life changing operation that opened my mind up to a more healthy style of living. So, the first thing to do was to start eating healthier. I realized that there is always something I discover and learn about food and cooking. I would also love to create a Japanese cooking class in future here, with combination of taditional Japanese cooking and ingredients and fresh local ingredients.
